The human mind is an amazing thing. Realize, of course, we are talking about the mind and not the brain. We have so much power available within our minds that we do not use. On an average, we use only about 10 percent of the minds power. Very simply, you have a conscious mind and a subconscious mind. The conscious mind (10-12%) is the part of your mind that thinks, reasons and analyzes. The subconscious mind (88-90%) contains memories, habits, emotions, bodily functions, and things you don't have to think about.
